For which purposes do you process personal data?
To understand the use of our website and be able to monitor its performance and detect any bug or technical issue and fix it, as well as to understand behavior and be able to find pain points in our user experience so that we can come up with improvements to our service.

Although of course this can depend on a specific user requests or contact, we usually have the following data of a client: - First Name - Surnames - Email - Country - City - IP Address - IQ Score (this data is generated by the platform)
How long do you keep personal data?
After approximately one year we delete your personal data, in order to prevent having unneeded data in our systems, what would increment any type of risk unnecessarily. However, if for any reason, like for example fee dispute, it is necessary to extend this period of time, we will extend it as neeed taking into account the context and legal limitations that apply.
Does BrainTesting share my personal data? Is BrainTesting keeping data confidential?
Absolutely NOT. BrainTesting will keep complete confidentiality over you data and will not sell it, communicate it or otherwise transfer it in any way. We can guarantee that we and our partners adopt the necessary protective measures to prevent any type of data breach or loss in accordance with privacy regulations across the globe. Also, we delete your data one year after latest use in order to be protective with it.
There are two obvious exceptions to the rule stated above:
Judicial authorization that complies with current national and international standards and that requires on the part of BrainTesing to transmit user data to the authorities.
Emergency situation, communicated by the police authorities, by the user's relatives or by third parties who have knowledge of facts related to the user, and when the personal data held by BrainTesting would be of help to solve the emergency.

BrainTesting uses third-party providers that are considered of the best-class in the industry. Keep in mind that total and complete security does not exist. But our providers and us use the best technology available to keep your data stored safely and to mitigate any risks. Our data basically relies on Amazon Web Services, which is the best cloud provider in the world with the best security.
Do you send marketing communications?
We currently do not send any type of marketing email, mail, SMS or other electronic communication. We do however contact you by email to send you your certificate as well as for any inquiry for which you contact us.
Are you responsible for third-party links?
Our website contains links to other websites, we are not liable once you leave our website for any data processing or activity that you or that third-party executes. We advise you to read their privacy policy since it may differ substantially from us and is a different legal contract.
What are my privacy rights?
Access right: you can obtain at any moment all of the data that we have from you so that you are aware of the latest up-to-date status of your data.
